Scripture Ehpesians 5: 15-21
Titlle The Wise Walk
The focus was on verse 5 Be very careful how you live--not as unwise but as wise. In today's world we all know we have o be careful for these are evil days we are living in. There was a Bishop that advised a politician to go outside and look up toward heaven to receive a revelation, the politician did as the bishop said, he went back to the bishop and said he did as he was told, but that he only got wet and felt like a fool, but no revelation. The bishop replied what a revelation. Some pathe we shhould thoroughly avoid Matthew 7: 13-14 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Be careful following the crowd, the road may be easy but it may lead to destruction. Avoid the dark path, avoid the destructive path and the deadly path. We must remember every path has it's own consequences. We must be careful to chose the right path. Romans 12: 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Lastly we must desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit. When we are filleed with the Holy Spirit, we will be filled with songs of praise and an attitude of gratefullness. The Pastor played and sang Just A Closer Walk With Thee. We can never go wrong walking and talking with God. I am weak, but Thou art strong;Jesus, keep me from all wrong;I’ll be satisfied as longAs I walk, let me walk close to Thee. Just a closer walk with Thee,Grant it, Jesus, is my plea,Daily walking close to Thee,Let it be, dear Lord, let it be.
